Who you are buying from

Offline Outdoor Co., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We are an authorized Dominator dealer, and our trampolines come from Trampolines.com. Your order ships directly from them to you.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and cover the equipment only.
• You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and the total shown there is what you are charged. We never see your card number.
• Sales tax is added at checkout on orders delivered in Florida, worked out from your delivery address.
• If you choose a pay-over-time option such as Affirm or Klarna, its terms are between you and that company.

Shipping

• We place your order with the supplier ourselves, normally within one business day of your payment.
• Dominator orders ship in 3 to 5 business days and Trampolines.com orders in 5 to 7 business days, counted from the day we place them. Those are shipping estimates, not delivery dates.
• Once shipped, Dominator freight usually takes 3 to 5 business days to reach the West Coast and 5 to 7 to the East Coast and Midwest. Trampolines usually take 2 to 4.
• A pre-order package ships when the supplier's stock arrives, on the estimate shown with it.
• We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
• Freight on hoops and light poles is priced for the delivery state you choose in the cart. If your delivery address turns out to be in another state, we will contact you about the difference before we place the order.
• For five or more hoops, freight is not in the checkout total: we quote it for your address and invoice it separately before the order ships.
• Trampolines ship free and arrive in Trampolines.com packaging.

Freight delivery

The freight carrier calls you to book a delivery time, usually on a weekday between 8 and 5, and someone needs to be there to sign. Freight delivery is curbside: the driver unloads it at the curb or in your driveway. Set-up is not included, and anything more you ask of the driver may cost extra. If the truck cannot get down your road, you may need to collect it from the carrier's terminal.

Installation

An online order is for the equipment only. Installation is a separate job, quoted after a free on-site look, and we install in Palm Beach and Martin counties only. If you install it yourself or hire someone else, follow the manufacturer's instructions: Dominator's warranty does not cover improper installation.
