What we collect, why, and who else sees it.
The short version
- The website runs two advertising tools, the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, so we can see whether our Facebook, Instagram and Google ads lead to visits and orders. They tell Meta and Google what you look at and buy here, not your name, email, phone or address. You can turn them off (see below).
- The chat window is run by HubSpot, which sets cookies (see HubSpot chat below).
- We collect what you give us to answer a quote request or fill an order, and share it only with the companies needed to do that.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
What you send us
Quote requests. The form asks for your name, email, phone number, address and a message, and notes which part of the site you sent it from. It is emailed to us and is not stored on the website.
Orders. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, not on ours. Stripe collects your payment details, name, email, phone number and billing and delivery addresses. Your card number never reaches us. From Stripe we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address, what you ordered, the amounts and how you paid. We keep that in our order records and our email.
Calls, texts and WhatsApp. If you call, text or message us, we see your number and what you send, as with any call or message.
Who else sees it
- The supplier that ships your order. Equipment ships directly from Dominator (basketball, pickleball and lighting) or Trampolines.com (trampolines). We give them your name, delivery address and phone number so they can deliver it, and Trampolines.com your email if their order form asks for it. For freight deliveries, Dominator's carrier contacts you to book a time.
- Stripe processes payments and works out sales tax from your address. If you pick a pay-over-time or wallet option on Stripe's page, that company handles its part under its own privacy policy.
- Google hosts our email and our order records, in our business Google Workspace.
- Resend delivers the emails the site sends: quote requests to us, and order confirmations and shipping updates to you.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives what the Meta Pixel sends, described under What happens when you visit.
- Google also receives what the Google Ads tag sends, described under What happens when you visit.
- HubSpot runs our website chat and keeps what you type into it, described under What happens when you visit.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Apart from the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, we do not share your information for advertising.
What happens when you visit
- Hosting. Cloudflare, which runs the site, handles your IP address and basic details of each request in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Fonts and product photos. Your browser loads the site's fonts from Google Fonts and the trampoline photos from Trampolines.com's image service (run by Shopify). Like any server delivering a file, those receive your IP address.
- Meta Pixel. Meta's code runs on our pages so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram
ads. It tells Meta which pages you open, which products you view or add to your cart, when you start
checkout, when you tap to call, text or WhatsApp us, and when a quote request is sent or you ask our chat for a code. After you pay, it
sends the product codes and what you paid for them. It does not send your name, email, phone number or
address, and it is set not to collect what you type into our forms. Meta sets cookies on this site to
recognise your browser on later visits, and may connect what it receives to a Facebook or Instagram
account you are logged into, under Meta's privacy policy. We use it
to see which ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited.
To turn it off, switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser: the site then does not load the pixel at all. You can also change how Meta uses it in your Meta ad preferences. - Google Ads tag. Google's code runs on our pages so we can measure our Google ads. It
tells Google which pages you open, when you ask our chat for a code, and, after you pay, what you paid for your order. It does not send
your name, email, phone number or address. Google sets cookies on this site to recognise your browser,
and may connect what it receives to a Google account you are logged into, under Google's privacy policy.
To turn it off, switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser: the site then does not load the tag at all. You can also change how Google uses it in your Google ad settings. - HubSpot chat. HubSpot's code runs on our pages and shows a chat window. It sets cookies
on this site to recognise your browser, and counts which pages you open. If you chat with us, HubSpot
keeps what you type, including any email address you give, so we can send you a discount code and answer
your question, and so we can follow up with you if you have not ordered. We do not sell it. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
To turn it off, switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser: the site then does not load HubSpot at all, and you can still text, call or message us. - Instagram. Our Instagram posts are shown through our own site. Apart from the Meta Pixel (Meta owns Instagram), Instagram only hears from your browser if you open a post there.
- Augmented reality. Viewing a hoop in your yard opens your phone's own viewer: Quick Look on an iPhone, and on Android either the browser or Google's Scene Viewer, which loads the hoop model from our site.
- On your device. The site keeps a few things in your own browser: your cart and the delivery state you picked, until you clear them, and for the current visit only, whether you closed the chat bubble and a summary of your order for the thank-you page. After an order it also keeps a note that the order was counted, so they are told about it once, and the same after you ask our chat for a code. None of it leaves your device except the cart, which is sent to us when you check out, and what they send, described above.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, sales tax, warranty and delivery questions. Quote requests stay in our email until we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Call or text (765) 661-5497, or use the quote form. We will do it unless we have to keep something, such as sales tax records.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
