Why this one

The surface mount system is for a court that is already poured. Each post carries a six inch base plate that bolts into the concrete on half inch anchors, so there is no coring, no sleeves and nothing to excavate. The trade is that it is permanent in a way the in ground systems are not: the posts do not lift out, and the plates stay proud of the surface where you will feel them underfoot. That is the right trade when the slab is already down and nobody wants to cut it, and the wrong one on a court that has to be clear for anything else.

No excavation It bolts to concrete you have already got. Nothing to dig and nothing to core.
6 inch base plate Half inch by four inch anchors through a 3/8 inch aluminum plate.
Permanent It stays where it is bolted. The posts do not lift out the way the in-ground ones do.
